Apple Celery Appetizer

Four servings. Cooking time: 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 celery
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 handfuls of crushed walnuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 15 sprigs of minced fresh mint
  • ½ lemon juice
  • Strained yoghurt as much as it takes
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • ½ red apple
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, ground red pepper

Preparation

1. Grate the celery and green apples with their skin, and mix with lemon juice to prevent browning.

2. Add the walnut, garlic, and mint.

3. Add mayonnaise and yoghurt, stir them, and add salt and olive oil.

4. After transferring to the plate you will serve, garnish with finely chopped red apple slices and red ground pepper.
